We’ve got 3 betting tips for WSOF 11, which is headlined by a lightweight title fight between Justin Gaethje and Nick Newell.
My betting tips in this article will be a lot shorter than usual, because I’m currently in Belgium with limited access to the internet!
I’m really sorry for the lack of information in most of the tips. If you’d like to discuss any of these betting tips in more detail, please don’t hesitate to leave me a message on our Forum, I promise that I’ll be checking the forums throughout the weekend!
My trip to Belgium also means that I won’t be able to watch this event live and as a result there will be a delay in adding my betting results for this weekend’s fights.
Don’t forget to checkout our betting tips, picks and predictions for UFC 175, which also takes place this weekend.
Now lets take a lot at our betting tips for this event…
CODY BOLLINGER vs PABLO ALFONSO
Many people will remember Cody Bollinger as the guy who missed weight on Season 18 of the Ultimate Fighter, but it’s a real shame that he’s remembered in this way, because he’s a talented fighter, who has looked great in his last few fights in the WSOF.
Bollinger takes on Pablo Alfonso at WSOF 11 and this is a fight that he really should win.
Bollinger is the kind of guy who’s good at everything and he can always switch to his wrestling if Alfonso starts to cause him problems standing up.
Pablo Alfonso did have an impressive win against Miguel Torres in his last fight, but Alfonso’s main weapon is his submissions and Bollinger’s wrestling should be good enough to bull out of any submission attempts that Alfonso can throw at him.
OUR BETTING TIP: 10.00 Units on Cody Bollinger to win at odds of 1.63 | -158 | 63/100

GESIAS CAVALCANTE vs MELVIN GUILLARD
Melvin Guillard’s attitude has been questionable throughout his career and sometimes he shows up and fights like he doesn’t want to be there. I don’t think that will be the case for this fight, because he has appeared super motivated in the build up to this fight and he’s also said that he wants to make a statement with a big win and get his career back on track.
This could be a short night for Gesias Cavalcante if Melvin Guillard turns up and fights to his full potential. I’m predicting a big win for Guillard here and I think his speed and aggression will be too much for Cavalcante.
Cavalcante has lost 2 of his last 4 fights by knockout and Melvin Guillard is undoubtedly the biggest power puncher that Cavalcante has ever faced. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Guillard win this fight by a knockout or TKO…
OUR BETTING TIP: 10.00 Units on Melvin Guillard to win at odds of 1.70 | -142 | 7/10

2 FIGHT PARLAY
The first part of this 2 fight parlay is Jon fitch to beat Dennis Hallman.
Fitch hasn’t looked great since he left the UFC, but I still don’t see him losing this fight.
Dennis Hallman is a strong, well rounded fighter, but I don’t see how he’s going to be able to deal with the relentless pace that Jon Fitch fights at.
Hallmann is now 38 years old and whilst Fitch is 36 himself, Fitch’s cardio has never been in question, whereas Hallman tends to fade the longer a fight goes on. Having bad cardio isn’t a good idea against a guy like Fitch and I’m predicting that Fitch wins this fight pretty comfortably.
The second part of this 2 fight parlay is Justin Gaethje to beat Nick Newell.
Justin Gaethje is a powerful puncher with a strong right hook, who has won his last 6 fights by knock out or TKO.
I don’t want to sound disrespectful, but I don’t see how Nick Newell is going to be able to avoid getting knocked out with only one hand.
Gaethje has good enough wrestling to stuff Newell’s take down attempts and he’s got a powerful right hook, which is going to cause Newell big problems.
I’m disappointed that I haven’t been able to find an online betting website who will accept a bet on Gaethje to win this fight by knock out or TKO or even Gaethje to win inside the distance.
I think Justin Gaethje wins this fight and puts Nick Newell to sleep…
OUR BETTING TIP: 10.00 Units on Jon Fitch and Justin Gaethje to win at odds of 1.75 | -133 | 3/4
