thanks for sharing, was a good video that elaborates and is easier to follow than the written rules.

Looks like the different associations get to choose if they adopt these changes or not.
From what I understand, Texas have not adopted them yet?
So we get the old rule-set tonight.
Anyone know who have/have not adopted these changes?
