Our heavy chalk parlay of Jake Shields, Uriah Hall and Conor McGregor helped to us bank a 2.6 unit profit and a 52% return on our money. Many people criticize placing bets like this and whilst I’m also not the biggest fan, there was just no way that Jake Shields, Uriah Hall or Conor McGregor were going to lose their fights.
The Brian Foster vs Jake Shields and the Ron Stallings vs Uriah Hall fights were borderline irresponsible match making, as Shields and Hall put on a clinic against their dramatically less skilled opponents. Conor McGregor vs Denis Siver was a little more competitive, but the result was never in doubt.
This 3 fight parlay was about as close as you’re going to get to free money and I actually felt that the odds of 1.25 | -400 | 1/4 on Jake Shields to win were excellent value. He probably should have been somewhere closer to 1.08 | -1250 | 2/25, but I’m not complaining, I’ll take the free money all day long!!!
