LUKE ROCKHOLD vs MICHAEL BISPING
I have two betting tips for the the fight between Luke Rockhold and Michael Bisping. The first tip, is Luke Rockhold to win and the second tip is for this fight to go over 2.5 rounds. I’m British and Michael Bisping is one of my favourite fighters of all time, but I honestly don’t see any way that he can win this fight. Rockhold is simply better than Bisping in every single aspect of Mixed Martial Arts. Rockhold is faster, stronger and more athletic and he also has more power, better technique, better Jiu Jitsu and far better wrestling. Rockhold is also a lot bigger with a decent sized reach advantage and he’s 5 years younger than the Brit. I recommend that you place a 20 unit bet on Luke Rockhold to win [10% of your bankroll], because aside from a freak injury, I honestly don’t see anyway that Michael Bisping can win this fight. A flash knock out is unlikely because Bisping does not possess knock out power and it’s unlikely Bisping will be able to outstrike Rockhold, because Rockhold should easily be able to take this fight to the ground if Bisping puts him in any trouble. Most 5 round fights have a betting line that enables you to bet on a fight to go over or under 4.5 rounds. These bets are risky, because a lot can happen in 22.5 minutes of action in the Octagon. Luckily for us, the betting websites have misinterpreted the big skill gap in this fight as an indicator that this fight might not last that long. As a result, the betting websites are currently offering good value odds on this fight to go over or last less than 2.5 rounds, instead of the usual 4.5. This gives us a great opportunity to earn some money, because despite the challenges Bisping faces in this fight, you cannot deny that he is tough, durable and always in shape. One of the main reasons why I love to bet 5 round fights to last longer 2.5 rounds, is because fighters tend to fight more tentatively in the earlier rounds of a 5 round fight. They do this because they want to pace themselves for the additional 10 minutes that they will potentially be spending in the Octagon. After watching the following videos you could be forgiven for thinking that this fight is going to be a crazy war, but both Luke Rockhold and Michael Bisping aren’t the kind of fighters who are going to jump straight into a wild brawl. They are both calculated and they always spend time feeling out their opponents at the beginning of a fight. Bisping is a very experienced kick boxer and he uses good feints and footwork, which makes it difficult for his opponents to time him. This will certainly prolong the time it takes for both guys to engage and it also makes the fight going over 2.5 rounds more likely. I don’t believe that Michael Bisping can win this fight, but I also don’t believe that Rockhold will be able to finish him early. Bisping has only ever been knocked out twice in his career and both of those knockouts came at the hands of Dan Henderson and Vitor Belfort when they were both juiced up on TRT and fighting in the height of their careers.
