UFC Fight Night 101 is a difficult card for betting because most of the matchups feature fighters who are inconsistent. The kind of fighters competing on this event are not the kind of fighters who we can trust with our money. This means that I’ll be keeping things tight on this event and only giving out betting tips if I am absolutely certain that a fighter is going to show up and perform to their full potential.
I will also be offering my live betting tips for free during UFC Fight Night 101 in our live betting tips chatroom. We’ve already made around 30 units of profit in November, so I am confident that we are going to bank another big win on Saturday night.
Our Forum and Chatroom will be buzzing all week with people discussing the fights, so why not sign up for a free account to give us your opinions on how you think UFC Fight Night 101 is going to play out.
Betting Tip 1: Seo Hee Ham to beat Danielle Taylor
[mpc_divider align=”left” lines_color=”#679f42″ lines_weight=”5″ padding_css=”padding:0px;” margin_divider=”true” margin_css=”margin-bottom:20px;”]Seo Hee Ham has fought three times in the UFC and every single one of her fights has been a war. This is mainly because Ham is one of the smallest Strawweights in the UFC and she lacks the power in her strikes to hurt her opponents. These weaknesses will mean that she’ll never be able to win a fight dominantly, but what she lacks in size and power she makes up for in toughness, heart and cardio.
I expect Danielle Taylor to have her moments in this fight because Ham is simply too easy to hit for Taylor to not have any success at all, but when it’s all said and done I expect Ham to be the fighter who gets her hand raised due to aggression, octagon control and simply by landing a higher volume of strikes on Danielle Taylor.
This bet won’t be an easy winner, but at the current odds I believe that there’s a good amount of value in betting on Seo Hee Ham to win.

She goes into panic mode and starts to make bad decisions.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Danielle Taylor does not react well to pressure fighters. This means she constantly stays on the outside and looks to counter strike. This is an ineffective strategy in MMA because the fighter controlling the centre of the Octagon tends to be the one winning the fight due to Octagon control. Taylor doesn’t land a high enough volume of strikes per round to be able to win rounds fighting on the outside. Her strategy means that she will almost always lose a decision unless she can finish her opponent inside the distance.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Seo Hee Ham is a Southpaw.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Seo Hee Ham is very aggressive, she constantly comes forward.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Seo Hee Ham is tough and has great cardio.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][/ultimate_icon_list]Risk Factors...

Betting Tip 2: Kyle Noke to beat Omari Akhmedov
[mpc_divider align=”left” lines_color=”#679f42″ lines_weight=”5″ padding_css=”padding:0px;” margin_divider=”true” margin_css=”margin-bottom:20px;”]The fight between Kyle Noke and Omari Akhmedov could be a loser leaves town match as both guys go into this fight on the back of a two fight losing streak. A third consecutive loss in the UFC almost always results in the fighter being released from the promotion, so this is a big fight for both Noke and Akhmedov.
Having spent a considerable amount of time researching this fight I believe that Kyle Noke is a great bet at underdog odds because he’s better than Omari Akhmedov in every single aspect of MMA and will also have home advantage on his side. Noke’s age is the only real concern in a fight that he should win…

Home advantage is huge in Australia because the judges tend to be very biased towards Australian fighters. Home advantage is also huge in Australia because foreign fighters struggle to adjust to the new climate, timezone and over coming the jet lag of a long flight.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Kyle Noke throws a much wider range of strikes.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Omari Akhmedov has very poor cardio. He is almost always gassed out by the midway point of the second round.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Akhmedov’s cardio is so bad that Noke will almost definitely win the 3rd round. This means that Noke only has to win the 1st or 2nd round in order to win a decision.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Akhmedov is a static target and doesn’t utilize any footwork. He also stands really heavy on the lead leg. This fighting stance opens him up to Noke’s powerful leg and body kicks.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Omari Akhmedov loads up on every strike and is very predictable.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Kyle Noke lands a much higher volume of strikes per round.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Omari Akhmedov has a tendency to fight very passive.
