Alex Garcia vs Tim Means Betting Tip and Prediction
[mpc_divider align=”left” lines_color=”#679f42″ lines_weight=”5″ padding_css=”padding:0px;” margin_divider=”true” margin_css=”margin-bottom:20px;”]Tim Means has been an absolute money train for us over the last few years, but that money train came to an ugly hault back in March when he fought Alex Oliveira and fractured his foot in the 1st round causing him to wilt faster than the Rose in Beauty and the Beast. Since then Tim Means says his foot is all healed up and he will be going into this fight against Alex Garcia on a 6 week training camp.
If we knew for a fact that Tim Means was going into this fight 100% healthy, I would not hesitate to bet 7.5 units on him because he’s significantly better than Alex Garcia everywhere. However I cannot ignore the fact that Means’ injury does introduce more risk into this bet, which I will reflect in my recommended unit size.
Skill for skill Alex Garcia only has a puncher’s chance of beating Tim Means and his cardio is so bad that the puncher’s chance only exists in the 1st round. If Tim Means shows up and performs anywhere near the level he is capable of, he will dominate this fight and win easily.
Reasons for betting on Tim Means to beat Alex Garcia...

[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Tim Means has a significant size advantage over Alex Garcia.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Alex Garcia has extremely bad cardio. He is always gassed out after 1 round.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Alex Garcia has very sloppy, low level striking, particularly when he gets tired.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Tim Means has very good takedown defence. He also does a good job of scrambling back to his feet when he does get taken down.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Most of Alex Garcia’s takedown attempts come from the clinch position. Tim Means is very good at defending takedowns and inflicting damage from within the clinch.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Tim Means is very aggressive and fights at a relentless pace. Alex Garcia does not have the cardio to keep up with him for 3 rounds. [/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Tim Means is very tough. He uses this toughness to break people.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Alex Garcia does not have a strong top game. He rarely goes for submissions and he does not inflict that much damage.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Alex Garcia is a very passive fighter, especially when he gets tired.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][/ultimate_icon_list]Risk factors with betting on Tim Means to win...

Clay Guida vs Erik Koch Betting Tip and Prediction
[mpc_divider align=”left” lines_color=”#679f42″ lines_weight=”5″ padding_css=”padding:0px;” margin_divider=”true” margin_css=”margin-bottom:20px;”]This betting tip is similar to my betting tip of Tim Means to beat Alex Garcia because Erik Koch should destroy Clay Guida if he shows up and fights to anywhere near his potential. Problem is, Koch is coming into this fight on the back of a 12 month layoff after suffering multiple different injuries.
If I knew for a fact that Erik Koch was coming into this fight 100% healthy, I would recommend a 7.5 unit bet, but just like with the Tim Means bet, betting on Koch carries more risk than usual because we don’t know if his recent injuries will effect his performance.
Skill for skill Koch should be able to dominate this fight wherever it takes place, so I feel comfortable in recommending him as a betting tip despite his recent injury challenges. It’s also important to remember that Koch has been injury prone his entire career and has returned from long layoffs multiple times. Koch does not seem to be a fighter that gets effected by ring rust or injuries. Everytime we see him he looks great and shows improvements, so I do expect him to pickup an easy win against Clay Guida.

He also does a great job of scrambling back to his feet when he does get taken down.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Erik Koch is a very skilled grappler. He has a high level ground game.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Clay Guida is very predictable and one dimensional. He moves forward in straight lines and telegraphs everything that he is going to do.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Clay Guida does not have explosive takedowns and he shoots from way too far out of his opponent’s range. This enables his opponent’s to easily stuff his takedown attempts.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Clay Guida has very low level striking and lacks knockout power. [/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Erik Koch can win this fight standing up or on the ground.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Erik Koch is 8 years younger than Clay Guida. The younger fighter wins around 65% of the time when there is an 8 year age gap in a fight.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][ultimate_icon_list_item icon=”Defaults-check” icon_color=”#679f42″]Clay Guida cannot switch things up and has no plan B. If he can’t take you down and grind you out, he’ll lose. Erik Koch has proven over time that he has the defensive wrestling to keep fights standing. It will be very difficult for Guida to execute his gameplan.[/ultimate_icon_list_item][/ultimate_icon_list]Risk factors with betting on Tim Means to win...
