I’m now 2 months into my Football Betting Challenge, and I’m already close to doubling my starting bankroll of $4000. My total profit currently sits at $3140, giving us an ROI of 79%.

To grind out this kind of return in such a short period of time is incredible. It’s also exciting because I am still making a lot of mistakes. I’m still placing a lot of bad bets and learning. In a few months when I tighten up these weaknesses, my profits should start to skyrocket with the help of Compound Interest.

Right now we are in the middle of a rare period where there have been no UFC events and no competitive Football matches. It feels weird, but this quiet spell has given me some time to focus on improving the website and also to learn some new Gambling and Investment skills.

This weekend could potentially be dangerous for betting on Football because players are returning from International matches all over the world. It’s impossible to predict how jet lag and fatigue will impact player performances, so it’s essential that we keep things tight this week.

So far I only have one pregame bet on Bournemouth to beat Southampton, but I do also think that Arsenal to beat Leicester City on Monday night is a good bet. I’m not going to tip it as a pregame bet because I will be Live Betting that game.
