We’ve now made a profit on the last 9 consecutive MMA events, which has seen us go 17-2 on bets since September the 1st. Bellator 145 is a really good event for betting and I feel extremely confident that we’re going to extend our winning run by making even more money on this event.

Daniel Straus vs Patricio “Pitbull” Freire Betting Tip Prediction
Pitbull Freire has been hanging onto his Bellator Featherweight title by a thread and his last few performances have been very poor. In his last fight he was was just seconds away from being TKO’d when he was badly rocked by Daniel Weichel at the end of the 2nd round. The bell to mark the end of the round saved him just seconds before the referee was about to stop the fight. Weichel then came out far too aggressive in the 3rd round and got caught with a flash counter left hook KO punch when it was clear that Pitbull was still badly hurt. Pitbull also struggled in his fight prior to that against Daniel Straus. Pitbull was getting dominated in every single aspect of MMA until Straus blew his knee out in the 4th round. Pitbull was able to capitalize on Straus’ injury and lock in a submission, but it was clear that Straus was cruising to a unanimous decision win up until that point.
It’s not very often that we see a challenger capped as a favourite over the Champion, but the odds on Daniel Straus reflect the reality that he’s a better fighter than Pitbull in almost every single aspect of MMA. Straus has made huge improvements since he started training at American Top Team and I expect him to put on another dominant performance against Pitbull at Bellator 145.

We’ve already made 64.60 units of profit in 2015.
This means that betting just $10 a unit on each of my betting tips this year would have resulted in a profit of $646. Betting $100 per unit would have resulted in a profit of $6460 and betting $1000 per unit would have resulted in a profit of $64,600.

Daniel Straus was fighting with a torn PCL knee ligament in his last fight against Pitbull, until it finally blew out in the 4th round. A torn PCL is a very painful injury and yet Straus was still able to dominate every single aspect of their 2nd fight. If Straus was able to comfortably beat Pitbull with a torn PCL, I see no reason why he can’t do it again now that he has fully recovered.
I believe that Straus will beat Pitbull because he has the size and physicality to keep the fight on his terms. If he wants to keep the fight standing he can and if he wants to take the fight to the ground there’s not much that Pitbull will be able to do to stop him.
Pitbull has solid technical striking and knockout power, but he’s plagued by poor cardio and a low output. Pitbull simply doesn’t do enough to put his stamp on rounds and this will cost him against a guy like Daniel Straus who will take the centre of the Cage, throw a much higher volume of strikes and put the pressure on from the very first second of the fight.
Pitbull may have the more technical striking, but Straus also has power in his hands and he fights out of the Southpaw stance. Straus is also a lot faster and it’s difficult to settle into a rhythm against him because he is a high pressure fighter who always comes forward.
I believe that one of the biggest advantages Daniel Straus has in this fight is his ability to take Pitbull down and control him on the ground. This will enable him to put his stamp on rounds and seal the win beyond all reasonable doubt. Pitbull does have good Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but Straus is a strong wrestler with good top control and ground and pound. Straus should be able to take Pitbull down relatively easily and score points by controlling him on the ground.
In order for Pitbull to win this fight he needs to finish Straus inside the distance and whilst it’s entirely possible, I don’t think it’s very likely. Straus has already been just a few minutes away from decisively beating Pitbull and he’s also proven that he’s durable and tough in all areas.
There’s always a risk that Pitbull could use his one punch knockout power to beat Daniel Straus and retain his title, but I believe it’s far more likely that Straus outworks him over 5 rounds. Straus gets better from fight to fight and Pitbull hasn’t shown any improvements in a long time. Pitbull’s knockout power means that this bet does carry some risk, but Straus has already come very close to beating Pitbull and I believe he’s a great bet at the current odds…
