Ian McCall has had a lot of problem with his health during his time in the UFC. He suffered from a blood infection in the build up to his fight with John Lineker and has recently been held back by neck, shoulder and arm injuries.
Injuries such as these will almost certainly affect his performance against Justin Scoggins at UFC 201.
