Irene Aldana vs Jessamyn Duke Betting Tip Prediction
Jessamyn Duke is very tall and long for a Bantamweight but she doesn’t know how to use her reach effectively. This is partly because she lacks the footwork and technique to keep her opponent’s on the end of her punches, but it’s also because she is very slow and very weak. Duke is also slow to react to her opponent’s attacks, which means her striking defence is wide open. This results in her regularly getting tagged by 2-3 punch combos before she has managed to cover up or move away from danger. This inability to protect herself puts her at a big disadvantage against a dangerous striker like Irene Aldana who has fast hands and knockout power. Jessamyn Duke’s biggest problem is that she is physically weak. Her body is so long and tall that she just isn’t very strong. This means that her strikes don’t inflict that much damage and she lacks the strength to control her opponent’s from top position. Duke’s lack of athleticism is one of the main reasons why she has lost her last 3 fights. She simply can’t compete against strong, healthy fighters who move faster and hit harder. Jessamyn Duke has an advantage over Aldana on the ground, but she lacks the offensive wrestling to take her opponent’s down. She has managed to get a few of her past opponent’s to the ground with trips, but she can’t maintain control on the ground for long enough to score any significant points on the judges score cards. Irene Aldana has good scrambles and excellent submission defence, so I don’t see Jessamyn being able to do too much to her for too long if this fight does go to the ground. If this fight does go to the ground, I expect Aldana to quickly scramble back to her feet. Both these girls are primarily strikers, so I expect the majority of this fight to take place standing up. Aldana has a huge advantage when it comes to striking because she’s fast, powerful and throws a high volume of strikes. Jessamyn struggles to pull the trigger due to her slow reaction times and Aldana should easily be able to light her up without taking too much damage in return. Duke’s weak frame also leaves her wide open to getting knocked out because she doesn’t have any muscles in her upper body to protect her chin from taking significant damage. She also fights with her chin up high and exposed. Her reaction times are also really slow, which means she struggles to block strikes with her hands. Aldana should be able to use her solid technical Boxing to pick the slower Duke apart. I believe Aldana is a good bet in this fight because she has significantly better striking than Jessamyn Duke. She also has good enough scrambles and submission defence to protect herself on the ground. Aldana is also a good bet because she is incredibly tough and fights at a very high pace. It really doesn’t matter what position you put her in, she is almost impossible to finish. I believe that Aldana’s aggressive, high intensity style of fighting will be too much for Duke to handle.OUR BETTING TIP: 3 Units [3% of your bankroll] on Irene Aldana to win at odds of 1.50 | -200 | 1/2 [divider style=”solid” top=”20″ bottom=”20″]
Angela Hill vs Stephanie Eggink Betting Tip Prediction
Stephanie Eggink is returning to action at Invicta FC 16 after being out for 18 months after having a baby. Having a baby changes the female body forever and it will not be easy for Eggink to perform at the same level that she did before. After researching this fight, I believe that Angela Hill is capable of beating the best version of Stephanie Eggink that we’ve ever seen. This makes Hill a great bet, because she’s now facing a version of Eggink that is coming back with 18 months of ring rust after giving birth to a baby. It’s also worth noting that Eggink has only fought once in the last 2 years, which means she probably hasn’t made enough money to eat good foods or train full time. Stephanie Eggink is a good technical striker, but she’s very long and doesn’t have any power in her strikes. Hill is different because she has legitimate power for a female striker and has the ability to really hurt her opponent’s. This will be significant in this fight because Eggink has poor striking defence and Hill hits hard. When these two fighters get into a situation where they are exchanging strikes, Hill is going to come out on top because she is more powerful and has much better defence. Stephanie Eggink has a better ground game than Angela Hill, but she is primarily a striker and NEVER goes for takedowns. You will only ever see Eggink use her grappling in defensive situations when her opponent has taken her down. This means that it’s extremely unlikely that this fight will go to the ground because Eggink and Hill are both strikers who like to keep fights standing. When it comes to striking I give Hill a clear advantage because she throws a much wider range of strikes and also lands with a higher volume. Hill is also very strong in the clinch and does a great job of landing devastating Muay Thai knees. Hill can also use her strong clinch game to control her opponent’s against the cage. Eggink is quite weak in this position, so it’s possible that we see Hill score some points by controlling Eggink against the cage for prolonged periods of this fight. I believe Angela Hill is a great bet in this fight because she’s very aggressive and does a great job of controlling the centre of the cage. This will make it very hard for Eggink to win this fight because she’s going to be fighting on the outside for the majority of this matchup. It’s very hard to win MMA fights when you’re being forced to fight on the outside, which means Eggink is going to have to hurt Hill bad or significantly outstrike her in order to win this fight. Hill hits a lot harder than Eggink and I see her power and aggression being the keys to victory in this matchup.OUR BETTING TIP: 3 Units [3% of your bankroll] on Angela Hill to win at odds of 2.30 | +130 | 13/10
