Alistair Overeem will have home advantage over Andrei Arlovski at UFC Fight Night 87 when the UFC holds its first ever event in Holland. Overeem is very popular in Holland because he lives in Amsterdam and reached the pinnacle of combat sports after winning the K1 Grand Prix and the Strikeforce Heavyweight title. Overeem’s home advantage will mean that he will have the added comfort of fighting in a familiar country in front of fans that will be doing their best to spur him on. Dutch football fans are famous for creating an intimidating atmosphere for visiting teams, so there’s a good chance that the crowd in Holland will be doing their best to make Arlovski feel uncomfortable. Arlovski basically stands in front of his opponent and tries to win a Kick Boxing match.
