Seth Baczynski is a gamer and it was impossible to tell what type of condition Thiago Alves would turn up in. Unfortunately things didn’t work out and Thiago Alves comfortably won this fight. Alves looked awesome and I can’t wait to see him fight again. WE INCORRECTLY PREDICTED THE OUTCOME OF THIS FIGHT [divider]

KHABIB NURMAGOMEDOV vs RAFAEL DOS ANJOS

OUR FIRST BET: 10.00 Units on this fight to go over 2.5 rounds at odds of 1.50 | -200 | 1/2 OUR SECOND BET: 3.00 Units on Rafael Dos Anjos to win at odds of 3.30 | +230 | 23/10 OUR PROFIT / LOSS: 2.00 Units profit I didn’t see anyway that this fight would end inside the distance and I was right. I also placed a small bet on Dos Anjos to win, because I thought he’d have a chance of beating the Russian if he could stuff the take down. Unfortunately he couldn’t and the Russian made a strong case for a title shot with an incredible performance. WE MADE A 2 UNIT PROFIT ON THIS FIGHT [divider]

DONALD CERRONE vs EDSON BARBOZA

OUR BET: 10.00 Units on Donald Cerrone to win at odds of 2.00 | +100 | 1/1 OUR PROFIT / LOSS: 10.00 Units profit I said that Edson Barboza had no chin in my original betting tip for this fight and I was right as Donald Cerrone knocked him down with a jab. Cowboy pounced and shortly after finished the fight with a rear naked choke. LIZ CARMOUCHE vs MIESHA TATE

OUR BET: 10.00 Units on Miesha Tate to win at odds of 1.53 | -189 | 53/100 OUR PROFIT / LOSS: 5.30 Units profit This was a close fight but it was nice to see the lay and pray tactic finally punished. Liz Carmouche won multiple takedowns in the first and second round and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing with the dominant positions. It was great to see the judges award Miesha Tate the decision win, because Miesha was more active and did more damage throughout the fight. I HATE LAY AND PRAY!!! FABRICIO WERDUM vs TRAVIS BROWNE

Travis Browne gassed out just two minutes into the fight and Fabricio Werdum was coast to an easy victory for the rest of the fight.
