Ronda Rousey is 10-0 with 9 first round finishes. Ronda has serious finishing ability and you’d be crazy not to add her into your Fantasy MMA team…
DERRICK LEWIS
Cost: MEDIUM
This fight is such a mismatch that Derrick Lewis might actually kill Ruan Potts. I expect Lewis to win this fight quickly and violently. Lewis is the most solid Fantasy MMA pick of the weekend.
ALAN JOUBAN
COST: MEDIUM
Richie Walsh is extremely tough, but Alan Jouban fights at incredible pace and he’s always looking for the finish. Walsh is in danger wherever this fight ends up and there’s a really good chance that Jouban wins this fight inside the distance.
TONY FERGUSON
COST: MEDIUM
I don’t believe that Tibau has the cardio or skills to match Ferguson’s intensity. Ferguson is going to come out and fight very aggressively and I don’t believe Tibau will be able to handle him. There’s a good chance Tibau wilts under Ferguson’s pressure, gifting Ferguson a win inside the distance.

SAFE PICKS
HOLLY HOLM
COST: HIGH
There’s a small chance that Holly Holm could get overwhelmed with Octagon jitters and performs terribly in her UFC debut, but I think it’s a lot more likely that her experience competing in high profile Boxing fights carries her through and enables her to fight close to her full potential, in which case she should easily outbox Pennington and pick up a unanimous decision victory.
Pennington is awkward and tentative in striking exchanges, where as Holm is fast and fluid. These girls are a couple of levels apart and Holm should easily win this fight.
TIM MEANS
COST: LOW
Tim Means doesn’t cost that much and he’s a solid addition to your Fantasy MMA team because Lima’s path to victory is very small.
Means should be able to outstrike Lima and pickup an easy unanimous decision win.

DANGEROUS DOGS
JOSH KOSCHECK
COST: LOW
Josh Koscheck is 37 years old and he hasn’t fought in 2 years, but he’s scrappy as hell and always dangerous.
Jake Ellenberger has been rocked multiple times in his last few fights and Koscheck possesses knockout power. Koscheck doesn’t cost that much and there’s a good chance he could win this fight inside the distance. At this price, he’s certainly not a bad addition to your Fantasy MMA team.
ROAN CARNEIRO
COST: LOW
Mark Munoz failed to make weight for this fight on his first attempt, after becoming depressed and ballooning to 250lbs. Roan Carneiro is well rounded, aggressive and he brings it in every fight. I’m not sure if Mark Munoz still has his head in the game and not being 100% focused is dangerous against a guy like Roan Carneiro.
Carneiro is dangerous everywhere, with decent finishing ability. He’s a decent 5th pick for your Fantasy MMA team if you don’t have that much money left to spend.
