Benfica vs Bayern Munich Betting Tip and Prediction

Benfica were so poor in their 4-1 win over PAOK in the qualifying stages that I cannot see them being able to get anything from this game.

Bayern Munich have started the Bundesliga strong this season scoring a combined total of 6 goals in their opening two games. Arjen Robben is returning to form and Thomas Mueller is rediscovering the kind of form that helped Bayern Munich win the Champions League.

Injuries to Tolisso, Coman, and Rafinha are not ideal for Bayern, but they should still have more than enough quality to win this game. I expect Bayern to dominate Benfica from start to finish.

Valencia vs Juventus Betting Tip and Prediction

The King of Champions League football returns to action on Wednesday night in a Black and White striped shirt instead of a Plain White jersey. Christiano Ronaldo scored his first competitive goal for Juve on the weekend and you have to feel like he’s going to cause Valencia all kinds of problems on Wednesday night.

Juventus are a team that are blessed by an incredible amount of strength in depth, so Douglas Costa’s absence due to suspension shouldn’t hurt them too much because they have Dybala and Bernadeschi to step up.

Juventus are a balanced team with a lot of quality throughout the entire side. They have a rock solid defense, a hard-working midfield, and a devastating attacking line.

Valencia have got off to a poor start in La Liga this season, drawing 3 of their first 4 games and losing the other. It’s unlikely that their first competitive win of the season will come against a highly motivated Juventus team.

Juventus spent a lot of money in the recent transfer window with the specific intent of winning the Champions League. I think we’re going to see a big performance from them away to Valencia.
