A small profit of 4.60 units adds to our substantial winnings for September, as we look to close out the month with a huge night of betting next weekend at UFC 178. The card features several excellent value bets and I believe we are going to make our biggest profit of the year.
We only lost one bet on this event, which was really dissappointing because I felt very confident that Myles Jury vs Takanori Gomi would last longer than 1.5 rounds. Before this fight, 3 of Jury’s last 4 fights had gone to a decision and Gomi’s last 3 fights had also gone to a decision. Jury ended up knocking Gomi out in the first round, which was a little shocking because Gomi had never been finished with strikes. This is an impressive achievement when you take into consideration the fact that Gomi has competed in 44 professional fights, during his 16 year career.
