Last week’s card was relatively quiet for prefight bets with much less action than we usually have. Thankfully, this week looks much better, and my early impression is that this could be one of the best events for prefight betting so far this year.
Last week was a mixed bag of results. We ended up going 0-2 for a 2 unit loss on Loose Bets. 1-0 for a 2 unit profit on Over / Unders and had a rare bad night on even money bets going 0-3 for the first time in a while. This was partly due to a really bad judge’s decision in the fight between Kamaka and Brown. We picked Kamaka to win, and the judges straight-up robbed him. There’s no other way to put it. Not a single MMA media member scored the fight for Brown!
We had a relatively solid night in Live Betting, going 3-1 for an overall profit of around 2 units, although we should have gone 4-0 as our only loss was the split decision robbery on Kamaka.
