There was a time when John Howard was considered a devastating knock out artist, but those days are long gone.
It’s been a long time since Howard finished a fight in the UFC and for that reason I can’t see him being able to finish LaFlare, who is currently undefeated.

CLAY GUIDA vs TATSUYA KAWAJIRI
You might want to drink a can of Redbull before watching this fight, because there’s a good chance these two will send you to sleep. This match up could be an early candidate for the most boring fight of the year and we haven’t even seen it yet!
It’s very easy to predict the outcome of this fight…
Clay Guida will come out in the opening minutes of every round doing his crazy head bobbing Gorilla type movement, before locking horns with Kawajiri and taking this fight to the ground.
Kawajiri probably has the better striking, but it’s not going to matter because Kawajiri prefers to grapple and Clay Guida will be happy to see this fight go to the ground.
Betting on this fight to go over 2.5 rounds is an absolute gift, as I don’t see any way that either of these guys finishes this fight. Guida has fought to a decision in 4 out of his last 5 fights and Kawajiri has fought to a decision whenever he has gone up against someone with decent submission defence.
